Hotel Koldingfjord

We had a fine stay on a personal vacation.

The restaurant was very nice for dinner, we ordered tasty dishes. Stunning and lovely location, the staff were affable.

Honestly no complains at all. Absolutely stunning accommodation with wonderful setting near to food selection, and beautiful Koldingfjord, Jutland, Denmark. Sumptuous breakfast with a wide range of delightful foods. Customer-oriented staff on reception and elsewhere. Excellent customer care, parking close to the hotel.

Nice building and rooms with views over the fjord. Beautiful setting, very close to where the fjord was in front and the gulf and the waters edge in the middle of the forest. Also, in the nature.

A fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. Room was well set up to do a few hours work on the laptop. Just the best breakfast buffet.

The room was tidy, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I loved it. Location: the hotel was just next door to forrest and Koldingfjord, the bay, and the Kolding Fjord with outstanding views.

Beautiful buildings and surroundings, suberbly designed rooms with plenty of space for families, pleasant swimming pool with floating devices for children, beautiful restaurant and terrace, great breakfast. Quite simply - excellent value for money at the summer tariffs.

Nothing, this hotel comes as close to perfection as any hotel I've been to.

The view at Hotel Koldingfjord is fine, overlooking the fjord and surrounded by lush forest. The location is peaceful and ideal for nature walks. The dining experience offers a good variety, although the breakfast lacked some options like a proper omelet or sunny side up eggs. Our room had no air conditioning. It was spacious and clean, with nice decor. The staff tried their best but seemed overwhelmed at times, leading to wait times for service.

The compleate setting was superb and the pool was very popular for our 3 kids (11, 9 and soon 6)

The beds was not the best quality in the world. Also availebility of extra bed in room was missing. When traveling as a family with small children seperate rooms does not work if not connected by doors.

The hotel is in a peaceful and silent place surrounded by beautiful nature. The reception and the restaurant are in a old and stylish building. The family room was very large.

While the reception and the restaurant are in an old and stylish building, the room was in another, relatively new building. The family room was simple, no extra furniture. The bathroom was even more simple, not in line with the general luxury appearance of the hotel.

Unexpected challenges at a beautiful spot

The fine forest views and the spacious room made for some lovely moments, especially waking up to nature's tranquility.

The limited dining options due to events left us hungry and frustrated after long days of exploring.
